The vendors purchased this house in 1980, very happy, but with their family of three children quickly turning into adults they found they needed more space. So they approached EK CONTRUCTION for help.

With the help of a local architect we went to work.

First we knocked down the existing garage to make way for a new double extension to make a new garage and office with space upstairs for a larger bedroom complete with en suite.

Unhappy with the layout upstairs, all existing walls were removed and rebuilt to make three more bedrooms one extended and with an en suite, and a family bathroom.

Plus rewiring and a new heating system this was a huge task.
